EXPTL USE: 4-METHYLURACIL (50 MG/KG/DAY) SHOWED SIGNIFICANT ANTIMETASTATIC EFFECTS WHEN ADMIN ORALLY TO RATS WITH LYMPHO- OR LYMPHOHEMATOGENIC METASTASES OF PLISS LYMPHOSARCOMA OR WALKER CARCINOSARCOMA FOR 3 DAYS BEFORE & AFTER LAPAROTOMY.
YAREMENKO KV; PREVENTION OF THE METASTATIC SPREAD OF TRANSPLANTED TUMORS BY PREPARATIONS WITH ANABOLIC PROPERTIES UNDER SURGICAL STRESS CONDITIONS; ONKOLOGIYA (KIEV) 4: 20 (1973)
Anti-Ulcer Agents
Various agents with different action mechanisms used to treat or ameliorate PEPTIC ULCER or irritation of the gastrointestinal tract. This has included ANTIBIOTICS to treat HELICOBACTER INFECTIONS; HISTAMINE H2 ANTAGONISTS to reduce GASTRIC ACID secretion; and ANTACIDS for symptomatic relief. (See all compounds classified as Anti-Ulcer Agents.)
Radiation-Protective Agents
Drugs used to protect against ionizing radiation. They are usually of interest for use in radiation therapy but have been considered for other purposes, e.g. military. (See all compounds classified as Radiation-Protective Agents.)
Adjuvants, Immunologic
Substances that augment, stimulate, activate, potentiate, or modulate the immune response at either the cellular or humoral level. The classical agents (Freund's adjuvant, BCG, Corynebacterium parvum, et al.) contain bacterial antigens. Some are endogenous (e.g., histamine, interferon, transfer factor, tuftsin, interleukin-1). Their mode of action is either non-specific, resulting in increased immune responsiveness to a wide variety of antigens, or antigen-specific, i.e., affecting a restricted type of immune response to a narrow group of antigens. The therapeutic efficacy of many biological response modifiers is related to their antigen-specific immunoadjuvanticity. (See all compounds classified as Adjuvants, Immunologic.)

ABOUT THIS PAGE
A 6-Methyluracil manufacturer is defined as any person or entity involved in the manufacture, preparation, processing, compounding or propagation of 6-Methyluracil, including repackagers and relabelers. The FDA regulates 6-Methyluracil manufacturers to ensure that their products comply with relevant laws and regulations and are safe and effective to use. 6-Methyluracil API Manufacturers are required to adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure that their products are consistently manufactured to meet established quality criteria.

A 6-Methyluracil supplier is an individual or a company that provides 6-Methyluracil active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) or 6-Methyluracil finished formulations upon request. The 6-Methyluracil suppliers may include 6-Methyluracil API manufacturers, exporters, distributors and traders.

A 6-Methyluracil written confirmation (6-Methyluracil WC) is an official document issued by a regulatory agency to a 6-Methyluracil manufacturer, verifying that the manufacturing facility of a 6-Methyluracil active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) adheres to the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations of the importing country. When exporting 6-Methyluracil APIs or 6-Methyluracil finished pharmaceutical products to another nation, regulatory agencies frequently require a 6-Methyluracil WC (written confirmation) as part of the regulatory process.

6-Methyluracil Active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) is produced in GMP-certified manufacturing facility.
GMP stands for Good Manufacturing Practices, which is a system used in the pharmaceutical industry to make sure that goods are regularly produced and monitored in accordance with quality standards. The FDA’s current Good Manufacturing Practices requirements are referred to as cGMP or current GMP which indicates that the company follows the most recent GMP specifications. The World Health Organization (WHO) has its own set of GMP guidelines, called the WHO GMP. Different countries can also set their own guidelines for GMP like China (Chinese GMP) or the EU (EU GMP).
PharmaCompass offers a list of 6-Methyluracil GMP manufacturers, exporters & distributors, which can be sorted by USDMF, JDMF, KDMF, CEP (COS), WC, API price, and more, enabling you to easily find the right 6-Methyluracil GMP manufacturer or 6-Methyluracil GMP API supplier for your needs.
A 6-Methyluracil CoA (Certificate of Analysis) is a formal document that attests to 6-Methyluracil's compliance with 6-Methyluracil specifications and serves as a tool for batch-level quality control.
6-Methyluracil CoA mostly includes findings from lab analyses of a specific batch. For each 6-Methyluracil CoA document that a company creates, the USFDA specifies specific requirements, such as supplier information, material identification, transportation data, evidence of conformity and signature data.
6-Methyluracil may be tested according to a variety of international standards, such as European Pharmacopoeia (6-Methyluracil EP), 6-Methyluracil JP (Japanese Pharmacopeia) and the US Pharmacopoeia (6-Methyluracil USP).
