4 Pharmacology and Biochemistry
4.1 Metabolism/Metabolites

Metabolism in animals (rat, cow, hen) is extensive. Nearly 60 different metabolites were detected in the rat, 57 of which had structures assigned. No evidence was found to suggest that the compound and/or its metabolites accumulate in the organs and tissues of those species, even following repeated administration.
