This study is a Phase 2, Multicenter, Non-randomized Study of [18F]FAPI-74 PET for imaging patients with gastrointestinal cancers, including hepatocellular carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, gastric, pancreatic and colorectal cancer (NCT05641896).
